Apple and Peanut Butter Stackers
Core apples. Cut each apple crosswise into six slices. Spread peanut butter over six slices; sprinkle with fillings of your choice. Top with remaining apple slices.

Chicken Wraps
​1 Mission Wraps 8pk
2 cup leftover roast chicken (shredded)
1 cup salsa
100 g cheese (grated)
​Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, mix the chicken, salsa and one-quarter of the grated cheese.

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana 
1 Cup Chocolate Milk
Add avocado, banana, and chocolate milk to blender and blend until smooth

1 medium pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks

Healthy Mac and Cheese with Broccoli8 ounces elbow macaroni, shells or other short cut pasta (if desired, use gluten-free or legume pasta)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups small florets of broccoli (2 heads)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¾ cup 2% milk
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 1 cup cheddar)
2 tablespoons grated or shredded Pecorino Romano cheese (don’t omit!*)
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

​Cheese Tortellini in Creamy Marinara
​
12 to 16 ounces frozen or refrigerated cheese tortellini
28 ounce can crushed fire roasted tomatoes (or best quality crushed tomatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups baby spinach leaves, tightly packed (or chopped spinach)
8 fresh basil leaves
4 ounce goat cheese log
When the pasta is done and drained, add it to the skillet. Crumble in the goat cheese into the sauce and stir until a creamy sauce forms (if you’d like, save out a few crumbles for topping). Serve immediately

Yummy No Back Rolls
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
2
 tablespoons butter
2
 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
2
 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

 teaspoon water, or as needed

Roll the bread slices until very flat. Butter the bread, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Starting on one side, roll up the bread slice until tight. Repeat with the second bread slice. Cut the bread rolls into 1 inch slices.

Minions Banana Pudding Cups
3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
3,4 oz package instant banana cream pudding 
2 cups milk
8 oz package cream cheese 
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
8 oz frozen whipped topping 
1/2 package of mini vanilla wafers 
6 bananas, sliced and brushed with lemon juice

Lucky Charms Rice Krispie Bites
3 tablespoons butter
5 ½ cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
5 drops green food coloring
6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup General Mills Lucky Charms marshmallows (separated from regular cereal)

Separate out 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows from the rest of the cereal. Melt butter on stove or in microwave in a large pan on low. Add Jet-Puffed marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 5 drops of green food coloring and mix to combine. Add Rice Krispies and Lucky Charms marshmallows immediately and mix well

​Broccoli-Cheddar Pockets- 
Make Jam Pockets (No. 31), but fill with chopped cooked broccoli and shredded cheddar. Brush with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan before baking.

Fruit Smoothie- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana and 1/4 cup orange juice in a blender until smooth.

Spread peanut butter on the top few inches of pretzel rods. Roll in chopped peanuts and/or dried fruit.
