1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

 Sausage And Cresent Roll Bake

 1 pound bulk pork sausage                                       
 1 tube 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
 8 large eggs             
 2 cups 2% milk
 1/2 tsp salt
​Bake 375 35-40 minutes

Fruit Kabobs - 3 strawberries, 3 pineapples and 3 grapes. Place them on the stick in a fun pattern

​Broccoli-Cheddar Pockets- 
Make Jam Pockets (No. 31), but fill with chopped cooked broccoli and shredded cheddar. Brush with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan before baking.

Fruit Smoothie- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana and 1/4 cup orange juice in a blender until smooth.

​Nutty Pretzel Wands- 
Spread peanut butter on the top few inches of pretzel rods. Roll in chopped peanuts and/or dried fruit.
